Constructed in solid pine, the piece displays a beautifully mellow colour and a wealth of age-related wear that reflects its long working life in a farmhouse or country kitchen.<br> <br> The drawers retain attractive hand-cut dovetail construction, supporting an early 19th-century date for the base.
