This stunning set of 12 Victorian chairs have moulded front edges which have aged to a warm golden mahogany shade with a stunning grain and a beautiful patina.<br> <br> There are two sets of (almost identical) chairs; one set of six are victorian drop in Ladies chairs and the other set of 6 are the gentlmens chairs which were made by the well-regarded and documented master Carpenter James Reilly of Manchester (1825-1889), the chairs have his signature bolt in backs; the backs are fixed to the seat rails with bolts fastened with captive nuts hidden in slots in the rails. The exposed head of the bolt is visible at the back and has a slotted head.<br> <br> The set of 12 antique chairs are almost identical to each other, with matching oatmeal upholstered fabric which is in perfect condition and has been routinely cleaned. <br> <br> Condition: The chairs are in good antique condition commensurate with their age.<br> <br> The oatmeal fabric is in perfect condition - no rips and has been routinely cleaned.<br> <br> Structurally sound and solid antique mahogany frame chairs.<br> <br> Minor extinct woodworm underneath some of the chairs, they have all been routinely treated as a precaution <br> <br> Delivery Info:<br> FREE DELIVERY to most of mainland UK.<br> A delivery surcharge will apply for Ireland Overseas and the higher northern areas of Scotland.<br>
