The brass plaque, which reads “Richard Smith, Smithy Gate Mill, Padiham.” <br> <br> This substantial school desk has a lift-up top over a pair of drawers, supported by solid, turned supports, retaining its original castors.<br> Retains its original pull handles and lockable key.<br> <br> Condition: Excellent condition for its time.
