Here we have a stunning Pair of Edwardian Occasional Chairs, crafted from mahogany and decoratively inlaid with boxwood floral cresting on the top arch of the frame. Solid chairs with double stretchers on the side, front, and back, having an inlay boxwood border.
The fabric is a wonderful damask cut fabric with a diamond-shaped floral pattern, one chair is in a light olive green and the other chair has a teal colour damask tone to it, very lovely colours that go well with each other.
Condition: Structurally sturdy and a sound mahogany frame, a few cosmetic marks and scuffs but this all ass to the wonderful character of these charming Edwardian chairs. The fabric is very beautiful damask cut and is pristine and the chairs look like they have been recently upholstered.
Structurally sound and solid, cleaned, polished, and ready for another Journey.
