Circa early 1900's this stunning George II style walnut desk with a black leather top.
The walnut has a nice aged patina with one long walnut burr drawer to the center flanked by a pair of two shorter drawers along the side, each with Georgian original ornate brass handles with pierced and engraved back plates.
Beneath the center drawer, there is an arched shape frieze that continues around the sides, the desk rests on elegant cabriole legs with quarter blocks, carved shells, and finishings off on intricately carved scrolled padded feet.
Condition: Very solid and structurally sound. Overall in lovely condition. Leather top in good condition - no rips Cosmetic marks as you expect with a piece dating back to 1900 - see pictures.
