This beautiful, fine-quality antique beveled mirror is stunning and a grand statement piece to have.

A very heavy and exceptional quality mirror, the frame is made from solid wood and the carvings are typical of the Regency period, with beautiful flanked columns, which has been beautifully hand-finished in a very unique distressed finish, with many layers of colours applied to achieve this stunning finish, with grey's, browns, green, and stone tones, gently touched with a pale gilt which highlights carvings and brings the frame to life.

This is an original antique mirror so has a few antique specks on the glass which adds to its beauty.

Condition: Part of the wooden plinth on the top right corner is missing but minor and has been gilded over to blend in. Also, the lower part of the column has been restored and gilded with gilt - see pictures.
Lovely condition overall for its time.
