A very Fine Quality Victorian Mahogany Desk

Here we have a fine quality, Beautiful VICTORIAN MAHOGANY writing desk, which is quite a rare find with unique features, the removable top section with three fall front drawers, above a beautiful cylinder sliding fall front with a working key and lock, that encloses a fitted interior, three drawers, on cylindrical tapered legs.
This antique desk is very heavy and the mahogany has lots of warm rich shades with a striking grain and a beautiful patina that only can be achieved by age, circa late 1800s. Its a very large desk so please ensure you measure up.
Condition: structurally solid and sound, a few pieces of mahogany border missing here and there, with a chip on the round handle, but nothing too noticeable. See last pictures. Wear and Freying on green leather.
