This is a very heavy and fine quality antique oak continental wingback armchair with intricate carving throughout the frame, upon turned fluted frontal supports it has been upholstered with a more contemporary large stripe satin upholstery in a blue and teal
Condition report: This is a very heavy chair with springs intact and comfy. Structurally sound and solid wingback The chair has contemporary fabric which is slightly pucked in places (see pictures) and slightly coming away from the upholstery studs at one side, however, the frame is in excellent condition for its time. The fabric has been cleaned and the frame polished, ready for intentional use.
