A: We offer a 7-day money-back guaranteed to the price of the item(s) purchased or exchange provided the item is in its original packing and still in perfect condition. Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
A: We quality check all our items before dispatching take place for any faults or damages.
However we ask that you are available upon delivery to check your item(s) before signing.
If you have an unlikely event of receiving a damaged item we ask that you state this with the courier so they can return the damaged item and you will get a replacement.
Q: I want to place a bespoke order; do I have to pay the full amount upfront?
A: Upon ordering we will ask for a 50% deposit to secure the order once the order arrives at our depot we will contact you to let you know it has arrived then will be required to pay the balance off prior to delivery.
